摘要
烧结工程中主抽风除尘管道是钢铁企业生产的重要设施。通过有限元软件对已初步设计的主抽风除尘管道设计方案进行模拟分析,同时按照简化计算的方法进行横向加劲肋的设计计算,并将两种计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,按初设横向加劲肋和纵向加劲肋间距布置时,管道的危险截面在大端口处,危险点位于图6中的A点,强度和挠度校核值分别为61.5 MPa和8.43 mm。横向加劲肋用等肢角钢L200×16,间距为1 800 mm,纵向加劲肋按构造用扁钢160×14,间距为700 mm,可为港陆公司主抽风除尘管道设计提供参考。
The first designed dust pipe of ventilation in the clinkering works is simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis,and the design and calculation are made for horizontal stiffening ribs.By contrast and analysis of the two methods mentioned above,it is showed that according to the first designed intervals of the horizontal and longitudinal stiffening ribs,the daugerous section of the pipe is at the big port,and the most excellent design achieved at last could be used to guide the design of the ventilation piping in the future.
