摘要
分体式柱塞是由明显小于油管内径的圆球与下端带锥面的空心圆筒组成的一种新型柱塞,这种非常规的柱塞气举方式已经在美国德克萨斯州成功应用,增产效果明显。根据分体式柱塞连续气举的采油原理,新建立了一套高18m、Ф40mm的分体式柱塞气举可视化装置。该实验装置基本结构和工作原理可靠,通过实验优化设计了上行球筒触发组件和下行缓冲组件等主要配套部分,并系统地开展分体式柱塞连续气举的物理模拟实验,测试实验装置的气举特性,与常规连续气举方式相比系统效率显著提高。
Split piston is a new one which is composed of as phere(obviously less than inner diameter)and a hollow cylinder with a cone at the lower.A gas lift which is composed of thisu nconventional piston was successfully applied to America Texasa nd an obvious stimulation effect was obtained.In this paper,av isualized experimental facility of split-piston gas lift,with 18 mh igh and a diameter of 40mm,is developed based on principle of continuous gas lift.It is featured by reasonable basic structure andw orking principle.The main auxiliary parts of both upstream ballc ylinder trigger and downstream buffer can be optimally designedb y experiments;and a physical model of split-piston continuousg as lift is also systematically experimented;meanwhile,liftc haracteristics are tested;compared with some conventionalc ontinuous gas lifts,its efficiency can be increased evidently.
