摘要
川东北河坝构造陆相地层属于漏层多、漏层位置不确定、地层承压能力低的复杂地层,其固井难度大。为了提高固井质量,经优化设计与现场实践,采用了双凝双密度固井技术。将该固井技术应用于HB1-1D井、HF203井、HJ203H井均取得了良好的效果,在一定程度上解决了川东北河坝构造陆相地层的固井难题,为后续钻井施工作业提供了良好的井筒条件。
Continental formations in Heba structure, Northeastern Sichuan basin, belong to complex ones with a low resistance to pressure, in which there are many lost-circulation formations and their positions remain uncertainty. Thus, cementing is difficult. In order to improve cementing quality, a technology of bi-setting and dual-density cementing is adopted through optimum design and field practice. The technology has been applied to HB1-1D, HF203 and HJ203H wells. Better result has also been achieved. Cementing difficulty of continental formation is solved to certain extent, and it provides good wellbore conditions for subsequent drilling.
