硒化镉晶体光参量振荡器件制备参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了红外非线性光学晶体硒化镉的光参量振荡器光学参数.根据非线性光学原理和折射率色散关系,报道了CdSe晶体在不同泵浦光波长(1.833、2.87和2.1646μm)下CdSe光参量振荡器的角度调谐曲线,由此确定出信号光、闲频光以及相位匹配角的变化范围;并对CdSe晶体的走离角,有效长度以及相位匹配允许角等参数进行研究.以上研究结果,对CdSe光参量振荡(OPO)器件制备加工精度提供了重要的技术参数. The OPO parameters of CdSe crystals are studied. Based on the nonlinear optical theory and Sellmeier equation, the angle - tuned curves at different pump light ( 1. 833,2.87 and 2. 1646μm) of optical parametric oscillator for CdSe crystal is reported. Furthermore, the walk - off angle, aperture length and acceptance angle were investigated. All the results were useful for preparation of CdSe optical parametric oscillator.
