摘要
市场经济的发展既需要自然科学技术等“硬科技”,更需要公共关系等科学管理技术等“软科技”.实践证明,把公共关系运用于科学技术,可以促进科技组织内部的协调管理,可以使科研成果更快更好地转化为生产力,可以使科技产品更迅速地被公众所接受,从而产生出一加一大于二的倍增效应.
Market-oriented economy development requires not only substantial motivepower——natural science but still more humanistic guidance——social sciences includingpublic relations. As is proved in practice,the application of the art of public relations in the domain of science and technology helps bring about harmonious functioning within among scientific and technological organizations,helps turn achievements in scientific research into productive forces and helps expedite the public's acceptance of scientific and technologieal products,hence the multiplicative effect that one plus one is greater than two.
