脑钠素与左心室舒张功能关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨无症状和有症状左心室舒张功能障碍患者血清脑钠素(BNP)水平变化及临床意义。方法对经超声心动图检测符合心脏单纯左心室舒张功能障碍的90例心血管病患者根据临床症状分为无症状左心室舒张功能障碍组(无症状组)和有症状左室舒张功能障碍组(有症状组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清BNP水平,并与50例健康体检者(健康对照组)进行对比分析。结果与健康对照组相比,无论有无症状,左室舒张功能障碍组BNP水平均明显升高(P<0.01),且有症状组比无症状组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论血清BNP水平升高可反映左室舒张功能障碍及其严重程度,对心功能不全的早期诊断具有重要临床价值。 Objective To investigate the change and clinic significance of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level in patents with left ventrieutar (LV) diastolic dysfunction. Methods Ninety patients referred for eehocardiography to evaluate the LV dysfunction. Patients with abnormal systolic function were excluded. Patients were classified as asymptomatic LV diastolic dysfunction group and symptomatic I.V diastolic dysfunction group. Serum BNP concentration were measured with ELISA in 90 patients with LV diastolic dysfunction and 50 healthy persons as control. Results Asymptomatic and symptomatic LV diastolic dysfunction groups had higher BNP level than control group (P〈0.01). Patients with symptomatic LV diastolic dysfunction had higher BNP level than those with asymptornatic LV diastolic dysfunction(P〈0.05). Conclusion BNP can be an useful indicator for LV diastolic function. It is also helpful in the diagnosis of cardiac dysfunction.
