A Elementary Introduction on the Development and Utilization of Water Resource in Yellow River Basin

分析黄河流域水资源特点：水资源贫乏，时空分布不均，下游断流日益严重，河川径流含沙量大．针对性地提出了合理开发利用黄河水资源的措施：全面贯彻节水原则，修建综合利用枢纽，南水北调，开发利用雨水资源和冬季冰水资源。

This paper analyses the characteristics of the water resource in Yellow River Basin:shortage of the water resource,uneven temporal and spatial distribution,increasing serious flowbroken of the downstream,large silt content of river flow.And accordingly puts forward measures on how to develop and utilize appropriately the water resource of Yellow River:carrying out principles of water saving comprehensively,constructing synthetical pivots,developing and utilizing rainwater resource and icywater resource,combinning the development and utilization with harness and protection,and so on.
