有机相中梨头霉菌催化11-脱氧皮质醇转化成氢化可的松的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了梨头霉菌催化11-脱氧皮质醇醋酸酯(RSA)转化氢化可的松过程中,有机相中底物浓度、转化环境、菌体成熟状态以及有机相所占比例等因素对转化反应的影响.实验结果表明,收集pH3.8~4.1的发酵液,在12.5%的丙二醇转化体系中,将底物浓度由2.8‰提高到4.5‰,底物仍能被完全转化且目的产物(β-异构体)的生成与低浓度时相近. In order to raise the yield of hydrocortisone from RSA, the conversion by Absidia orchidis was conducted in a propandiol system. The effects of substrate concentration, state of thallus maturation, propandiol concentration and the pH value of conversion were studied when transformed to hydrocortisone by Absidia orchidis. Experimental results showed when the RSA concentration was raised 75% the substrate is still transformed completely in 12.5% propandiol system. The optimum pH value is controlled at 3.8 ̄4.1 on culture thallus, and the pH 5.8 ̄6.2 is more advantageous to transform in propantiol system by Absidia orchidis.
