摘要
本文对红藻多糖提取物的抗ＡＩＤＳ病毒作用进行了体外实验研究．结果表明，红藻多糖（ＲＰ１、ＲＰ２）对ＢＩＶ病毒的生长具有明显的抑制作用，其抑制率分别为８５．９６％和８８．６５％，与临床批准使用的抗ＡＩＤＳ药物叠氮脱氧胸腺嘧啶（ＡＺＴ）［１］（８９．５２％）近似，证实了红藻多糖作为抗ＡＩＤＳ药物的可行性．
In this paper, we extracted polysaccharide from Rhodophyta and studied their antiAIDS effects in vitro. The assays for bovine immunodeficiency virus (BIV) induced syncytium formation and BIV long terminal repeat (LTR) directed luciferase (Luc) gene expression were applied to evaluate anti AIDS effects. The results showed that the polysaccharide extracted from Rhodophyta (RP1 and RP2) had significant inhibition on BIV, the rate of inhibitory effects is 85.96% and 88.65% respectively, which is similiar to that of AZT. It indicated that polysaccharide extracted from Rhodophyta may be used as medicine to anti AIDS viruses.
