摘要
以飞秒激光为基础的太赫兹时域光谱技术是一种新型的相干远红外光谱测量技术.文章首次利用太赫兹时域光谱技术对云冈石窟的第3窟和第20窟样品进行了测试分析,得到了它们的太赫兹时域光谱,并通过傅立叶变换,得出它们的频域光谱,同时获得了它们的太赫兹吸收系数曲线和折射率曲线.测试结果表明第20窟样品在太赫兹波段存在吸收峰.
Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) is a new coherent spectral technique based on femtosecond laser technology. The radiation band belongs to far infrared. In this paper, the 3rd cave and 20th cave sample of yun gang rock cave were measured by using THz time-domain spectroscopy technology. We obtained their THz time domain spectrum. By fast Fourier transform we got their frequency region spectrum. We also obtained their absorption coefficient and refractive index. The experimental results indicate that the 20th cave sample has distinct absorption peak in THz wave band.
