摘要
本文考察了用MgO、CaO、NiO、TiO2、Fe2O3、P2O5、SiO2、F和La2O3改性的HM分子筛对甲苯-丙烯烷基化性能的影响.结果表明:MgO、CaO改性导致活性和异丙基甲苯选择性降低;NiO、TiO2、Fe2O3改性主要影响选择性;SiO2、La2O3改性在含量较低时基本不影响活性和选择性,含量高时活性降低,邻异丙基甲苯选择性增加.影响活性和选择性的主要因素可能是分子筛的骨架硅铝比和钠含量.
The influence of different modifiers, i.g.,MgO, CaO, NiO, TiO 2,Fe 2O 3,P 2O 5,SiO 2,F and La 2O 3 on the toluene propene alkylation performance of Hmordenite was evaluated. It appeard that modification with MgO or CaO resulted in decrease both on activity and IPT selectivity while with NiO, TiO 2, and Fe 2O 3, influenced mainly on selectivity. At low SiO 2 and La 2O 3 loading the alkylation performance remaind, but loading high lowered the activity and favored the ortho selectivity. The key factors determining the activity and selectivity could be the skeleton silicon to aluminium ratio and sodium content of the said molecular sieve.
