基于台架实验的电动车用永磁同步电动机设计分析

摘要 为提高电动汽车驱动性能,本文进行了电动车用永磁同步电机的设计。以电动汽车驱动系统要求为目标,计算了永磁同步电机所需功率;进行PMSM电枢直径、计算长度的确定和转子结构参数的选择;并进行PMSM场路结合设计计算。利用以上参数设计了电动汽车用永磁同步电动机样机。进行了驱动电机系统台架试验,实验结果表明,PMSM样机低速转矩大,恒功率区宽,温升低,符合设计要求,性能满足整车的需要。 In order to improve drive performance, this paper presents a design for PMSM used on electric vehicle (EV). With the driving system requirements, the needed efficiency of PMSM was calculated, the diameter and length of PMSM armature were selected, then the field-circuit coupled design was calculated. Based on all above parameters, a prototype of PMSM used on EV was designed, and then tested on motor test bench. The test resuits show that the PMSM with low speed, wide constant efficiency section and low temperature rising could meet the requirements of design and performance of the electric vehicle.
