On the Reasons of Employment Difficulty for Higher Vocational Graduates and Its Countermeasures

随着高校扩招，大学生就业困难日益成为一个社会问题，特别是高职院校毕业生总量大、增幅高，毕业生就业的竞争更加激烈。因此，如何理性和客观的分析当前高职学生就业困难的原因并做出相应的指导显得尤为重要。主要从高职生就业困难的原因分析和指导对策两方面进行了阐述。

With the expansion of college enrollment, college students difficulties in finding jobs is increasingly becoming a social problem, especially graduates from higher vocational colleges showing the characteristics of a large amount and high-growth, the competition to the graduate employment will become more intense and serious. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyse the reasons of employment difficulties in rational and objective way and make the appropriate guidance for the vocational graduates. The author mainly describes from cause analysis of employment difficulties and countermeasures of guidance for vocational college students
