摘要
本文通过对Ta2O5、Al2O3、SiO2材料的选择和镀制,得到了驱动电压为70V的交流薄膜电致发光屏,给出了具体的工艺参数,并讨论了影响其性能的因素.
In this paper, we report the result of manufacturing AC thin film electroluminescence screen with driving voltage near to 70 V by selecting and coating the materials of Ta 2O 5, Al 2O 3 and SiO 2. The related technique parameters and the factors affecting the characters of the device are also discussed.
