摘要
本文采用口服和腹腔注射两种给药途径研究了皱木耳多糖对小鼠免疫机能影响的作用。结果显示,皱木耳多糖能明显促进巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、促进小鼠溶血素的生成、增加脾脏和胸腺的重量,具有提高机体免疫机能的作用。此研究为皱木耳多糖的开发利用提供了必要的免疫学依据。
The effects of Auricularia delicala polysaccharides on mice's immunological function were measured with given the polysaccharides orally or intera-peritoneally. The results indicated it facilitated the phagocytosis of the peritoneal macrophages of mice, increased the production of hemolysines in mice immunized with rabbit RBC and the weight of the mice's spleen and thymus remarkably. The conclusions shown that the polysaccharides could improve the immunological function of mice.
