摘要
针对目前高职实训教学的现状,为了进一步提高高等职业学校实训教学质量和增强实训教学效果,提高学生实践能力和综合职业素养。通过借鉴企业激励与管理方法,从理论基础和社会要求等方面,探讨了实训教学方法存在的问题以及如何改进教学方法。
According to the present status of the teaching of higher vocational training, in order to further improve the practice teaching quality of the higher vocational college and strengthen students＇ practical ability of the comprehensive use of knowledge. Through using incentive and management methods, theoretical basis and the social demands etc., the paper discusses the existing problems and how to improve practical teaching methods.
