摘要
立足于战场,对影响油料装备战场保障效能的因素进行了分析,阐明了各因素是如何影响油料装备保障效能的发挥。对于建立科学合理的评估指标体系,选择合理的评估方法,提高油料装备战场保障效能评估的效果具有现实指导意义。
This paper is based on battlefield, analyzing the influencing factor of POL equipment support effectiveness, stating each factor how to influence the support effectiveness. For establishing scientific and logical evaluation target system, choosing reasonable evaluation method, improving POL equipment support effectiveness has guidance meaning.
