According to the actual need of deepening development of equipment management standardization, the article had started from the conceptual comprehension of order character,pointed out demonstrably that the order character means the system＇s character of realizing its function orderly, made clear the relationship between management standardization and system＇s order character, pointed out that the management standardization would be a reasonable remove of system＇s order character.
