摘要 案情: 陈卫东与北京国玉大酒店有限公司(以下简称国玉酒店公司)签订了书面劳动协议,国玉酒店公司未给陈卫束缴纳工伤保险费,该费用一直由陈卫束下岗时所在的北京馄饨侯餐饮有限责任公司(以下简称馄饨侯公司)负责缴纳。2006年9月20日晨,陈卫束自其住处骑一辆三轮车前往国玉酒店公司上班。 Chen Weidong and "Beijing Guoyu Hotel Co. Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Guoyu Hotel Company") have entered into a written labor agreement, but Guoyu Hotel company did not pay any industrial injury insurance premium for Chen Weidong, and during these years the insurance fees have been continuously paid by "Wonton Hou food limited liability company" (hereinafter referred to as "Wonton Hou company") from which Chen Weidong had been laid off.
