摘要
图象处理技术在网络通讯和多媒体应用上具有举足轻重的地位，近年来许多新的理论和算法被提出来，其中最引人注目的是子波和分形理论及其相关的算法。本文在这些领域结合ＤＣＴ变换提出了新的图象编码算法，取得较好的效果．
Image processing technology plays a very important role in
communication and multimedia. Many new theories and algorithms have recently been proposed,
with the most attractive two being 'Wavelet' and 'Fractal' .New image coding algorithms are
raised combined with DCT transform in the paper and encouraging results are achieved.
