延安时期的学习运动对新形势下加强领导干部党性教育、建设学习型政党有着重要的启示作用。重视在职干部教育,坚持党性原则,注重业务能力和素质教育相结合,重视方式方法创新,这些延安时期学习运动的成功经验启示我们,高校哲学社会科学要进一步明确目标、思路、原则和方法,加强在领导干部党性修养及理想信念教育方面的社会服务功能,以重大理论和现实问题为主攻方向,把学习马克思主义特别是马克思主义中国化理论成果摆在核心地位,积极推进马克思主义理论研究和建设工程,以保持共产党员的先进性和提高领导干部的执政能力为根本出发点,加强学风建设,注重机制建设,完善教育教学方式方法,提高干部党性教育的科学性。

The learning movement in Yan＇an period enlightened us much for the leading cadre＇s education of party spirit and building learning party in new situation.The successful experience,such as emphasis on the education of in-service cadres,adhering to the party spirit,adapting the professional capabilities into the quality education and paying great attention to the innovation of ways,enlightens that in the work of university＇s philosophy and social science,we should make the aim,thinking ways,principle and methods further explicit,strengthen the function of social service of the leading cadre＇s education of party spirit and ideal and faith,put the serious theoretical and practical issues as the main task,focus on the learning of Marxism,especially the theoretical achievements of adapting Marxism into Chinese conditions,positively advance the studying and building project of Marxism theory,strengthen the building of learning style and system,consummate the education and teaching ways to improve the scientific nature of the cadre＇s education of party spirit.
