摘要
针对传统的闸门卷扬启闭机控制系统设备和方法的缺陷,提出了一种基于S7-200PLC的闸门卷扬启闭机控制系统的设计新方法,研究了系统的软、硬件及通讯组网问题。现场试验表明,该系统能对闸门卷扬启闭机可靠、安全、精确控制,可供类似工程推广应用。
A new method of designing an intelligent control system of cable gate hoist of sluice based on S7-200PLC is put forward to overcome the defects of equipment and method of traditional control system of cable gate hoist of sluice. The system hardware, software program and communication network are studied. The site experiments show that the system can control the cable gate hoist of sluice reliably, safely and precisely. Thus, it provides reference for similar engineering project.
