中国与东南亚国际交流与合作正逐渐从政治经济文化层面扩展到教育层面,而云南省与东南亚高等教育国际化合作已逐渐成为双方进一步深化交流与合作的突破口。运用波特的菱形理论指导云南省发展高等教育国际交流与合作,有助于明晰云南省发展高等教育国际交流与合作的优势,明确加快高等教育国际交流与合作进程的对策:抓住高等教育国际化合作的机遇,坚持依法办学,营造良好的政策环境;发挥优势,突出特色;全面扩大高校教学与科研合作领域;加强师资队伍建设;加强国际化课程建设。

The international exchange and cooperation between China and Southeast Asia is gradually expanding from the political, economical and cultural platform to educational platform, and the internationalization of higher education of Yunnan and Southeast Asia has gradually become a breakthrough for the further exchange and cooperation for both sides. To guide Yunnan higher education international exchange and cooperation with Porter＇s theory is helpful to clarify the advantages for the development of Yunnan higher education international exchange and cooperation. The countermeasures of higher educational exchange and cooperation are clear as follows： seizing the opportunity of higher education international cooperation, operating schools by laws and creating good environment of policies; exerting the advantages and highlighting the characteristics; expanding the cooperation between higher education teaching and research; reinforcing the construction of teaching staff; strengthening the construction of international curriculum.
