摘要
北京教育学院在所承担的"国培计划——培训者研修项目"培训管理者研修班培训实践中,通过对教师培训的七个基本问题的解析,有效地把握教师培训管理的七个关键环节:做好培训需求分析,掌握学员个体学习特征,聚焦培训目标,设置有针对性的培训课程,优化培训师资资源,发挥研修主体的参与作用和全程监测与控制培训质量,取得了良好成效。
During the training practice of "National Training Plan--Trainers' Research and Studies Program" undertaken by Beijing Institute for Education, the seven key links of basic management in teachers" training have been effectively grasped through the analysis on the seven basic issues in teachers" training, and the favorable achievements have been achieved. The seven key links are as follows: to do the training demand analysis well, master the trainees" individual learning characteristics, focus on training objective, set up training curriculum in accordance with the trainees, optimize teacher resources for training, exert the participating role of the subject of research and studies, and inspect and control the training quality during the whole training.
