On the Seven Key Links in Effective Teachers' Training——Taking the "National Training Plan——Trainers' Research and Studies Program" as an Example

During the training practice of ＂National Training Plan--Trainers＇ Research and Studies Program＂ undertaken by Beijing Institute for Education, the seven key links of basic management in teachers＂ training have been effectively grasped through the analysis on the seven basic issues in teachers＂ training, and the favorable achievements have been achieved. The seven key links are as follows： to do the training demand analysis well, master the trainees＂ individual learning characteristics, focus on training objective, set up training curriculum in accordance with the trainees, optimize teacher resources for training, exert the participating role of the subject of research and studies, and inspect and control the training quality during the whole training.
