摘要
为牟取超额利润,中北大学周围的文印服务提供商利用学校地理位置特点,结合文印服务特性,成立了价格卡特尔——中北文印协会。本文首先运用经济学、法学相关理论对中北大学文印市场价格卡特尔进行介绍;其次对中北文印卡特尔的形成原因进行分析;最后总结了文印卡特尔崩溃的原因。
In order to get excessive profits, the printing service providers around NUC founded NUC Printing Association, taking advantage of their geographical position and the service＇ s characteristics. Using related theory of Law and Economics, the thesis introduces NUC printing cartel. In addition, it analyzes its causes. And finally with the expectation of providing feasible suggestions for coping with alike situation, it puts forward related countermeasures.
