Study on Management Monitor and Prediction of Commercial Bank

通过对微观经济预警与宏观经济预警差异的分析，在详细分析各主要经营指标特点的基础上，采用专家咨询方法确定了商业银行的监测预警指标，应用层次分析法原理，确定了监测预警指标重要性的权重值。

In this paper,the prectical significance of establishing monitor and prediction in micro economy and macro economy system is analysed.Monitor and prediction indexes and importance of indexes are determined based on expert consultation and AHP method,the monitor and prediction method of management situation in commercial bank is studied.
