企业集群与开放式技术创新关系研究

The Relationship Between Enterprises Clusters and Open Technological Innovation

技术创新是一国经济增长的关键因素。世界各地集群的发展证明集群提高了企业群体的创新力。本文以集群理论、技术创新与开放式创新理论为基础,论述了企业集群与开放式技术创新的关系:相互需求、相互促进、相互渗透的理论机制——适应竞争、技术实践、网络外部性、路径依赖。在此基础上,提出提高我国企业技术创新能力要切实加强企业技术创新理念、积极创建有利于形成开放式创新网络的企业集群环境、培育市场创新网络并重视创新成果的市场化等建议。

Technological Innovation is the key of economy growth. Serials of industrial geographical clusters of the world proved that clusters could improve innovation capabilities. Based on the clusters theory, technological innovation and open innovation theory, the paper dis- cusses theoretically the relationship between enterprises clusters and open technological innovation. They are mutually need, mutually promote and mutually penetration. And Then based on which, the author gives some advices on improving enterprises technological innovation capabili- ties. They are to practically strengthen the idea of technological innovation, to actively create the enterprises clusters environment that is helpful to form the open innovation network, to foster the market innovation network and emphasize the market profits of innovation achievements.
