摘要 近年来,大学生创业活动在我国得到了快速发展,对缓解社会就业压力、促进大学生的个人成长等发挥了十分重要的作用。理论研究和实践证明,大学生的创业素质对其创业绩效具有很大影响,因而科学确立大学生的创业素质要求并对其进行评价具有重要的理论和现实意义。在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,从心理素质、知识素质和能力素质等三个维度构建了大学生创业素质评价指标体系。基于大学生创业素质的相关评价信息具有灰性和模糊性的特点,运用灰色模糊理论,建立了大学生创业素质的灰色模糊综合评价模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的可行性和实用性,得出了一些具有建设性的结论和建议。 In recent years, the entrepreneurship of college students in China has been rapid development, which has played a very important role in alleviating the employment pressure on society and promoting the personal growth of college students. Theoretical research and practice has proved that the entrepreneurial quality of college students has a great impact on his entrepreneurial performance, thus scientifically establishing and evaluating the entrepreneurial quality of college students is of important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper constructs an index system for evaluating the entrepreneurial quality of college students from three dimensions, including the psychological quality, knowledge quality and capacity quality. According to the grey-fuzzy characteristics of related evaluation information of entrepreneurial quality, it also establishes a model for evaluating the entrepreneurial quality of college students by applying the grey-fuzzy theory, verifies the feasibility and practicality of the model through a case implementation, and draws some constructive conclusions and suggestions.
