The reciprocity enterprise culture has been strengthened gradually with the rise behavioral economics. The knowledge transfering efficiency has been improved obviously under the reciprocal enterprise environment. The empirical research of knowledge transfering may disclose its micro mechanism, which may provide effective theory reference for our enterprises to strengthen reciprocal culture and improve the knowledge transfering efficiency.
