参芪活血胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛100例

Clinical Observation of Capsule of Ginseng-astragali for Promoting Blood Flow on Angina Pectoris,A Report of 100 Cases

目的:观察参芪活血胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果。方法:采用参芪活血胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛100例,并与西药治疗94例对照观察。结果:治疗组中显效41例,有效53例,无效6例,总有效率94.00%。对照组显效37例,有效49例,无效8例,总有效率91.49%。两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:参芪活血胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效较满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Capsule of Ginseng-astragali for Promoting Blood Flow on angina pectoris of coronary artery disease. Method： 100 cases in treatment group were treated by Capsule of Ginseng-astragali for Promoting Blood Flow, but 94 ones in control group were done by western medicine. Result： In treatment group, 41 cases were excellent, 53 ones effective, 6 ones ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.00%. In control group, 37 cases were excellent, 49 ones effective, 8 ones ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.49%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉0. 050）. Conclusion： It is satisfactory for Capsule of Ginseng-astragali for Promoting Blood Flow to treat angina pectoris of coronary artery disease.
