摘要 应用SolidWorks对一种小型数控雕刻机机械结构进行了三维建模,并利用AnsysWork-bench对机械结构的静、动态特性进行了分析与优化,使机床的固有频率提高至激振频率范围以外,同时变形量减小一半。最后对优化方案进行了经济性评价。 This paper discussed the mechanical structure optimization problem of a small CNC engraving machine by using Solidworks.And then the static/dynamic property of the mechanical structure model was analyzed and optimized by AnsysWorkbench.The deformation was reduced to the half while the natural frequency was improved outside the exciting frequency range.Finally the economic value evaluation of the optimize proposal was also discussed.
