摘要 根据实际生产过程中齿轮的设计需要、渐开线齿轮的形成原理和齿轮啮合原理,建立了齿轮齿廓曲线的参数化数学模型。然后结合MATLAB和PRO/E提出了对齿轮的全参数化设计,在MAT-LAB编程环境下进行曲线模型的编制,生成符合PRO/E格式的.ibl文件,最后导入PRO/E实现齿轮的三维参数化建模,从而达到周期更短、更精确地设计齿轮的目标。 In this paper,based on the actual design of gear during the production process,as well as the gradual formation of gear meshing gear principle,the mathematical model parameters of a gear tooth profile curve was established.And then combined with MATLAB and PRO/E to achieve the whole parameters design of the gear,First of all the curve model was programmed in the MATLAB programming environment,and then.IBL document that consistent with the PRO/E was generated.After that the model was imported into PRO/E to achieve Gear three-dimensional parametric modeling.So as to the design goal on gear of shorter cycle and more precise can be achieved.
