摘要 为了给企业在实施绿色制造过程中面临的风险评估提供参考,从可行的技术、管理和组织措施方面探讨了绿色制造实施全过程的风险种类。提出了基于风险矩阵和模糊集理论的绿色制造实施风险评估方法,将模糊集理论用于确定风险矩阵的两个关键变量,即风险影响等级和风险概率。最后,以某机床制造企业绿色制造实施中的风险评估为例,验证了上述评估方法的可行性和实践性。 To provide reference for risk assessment during Green Manufacturing(GM) implementation in the manufacturing enterprises,risk types in entire GM implementation process were discussed from feasible technology,management and organizational measure perspectives.A GM implementation risk evaluation method based on risk matrix and fuzzy set theory was proposed.Fuzzy set theory was used to identify the two key factors in the risk matrix,i.e.risk impact level and probability of occurrence.Finally,the feasibility and practicability were verified by an example of GM risk assessment in a machine tool manufacturing enterprise.
