摘要
目的探讨毫米波辐照对大鼠心肌成纤维细胞胶原蛋白及透明质酸合成功能的调节作用。方法分离培养心肌成纤维细胞并分为A、B、C、D组,其中A、B、C组应用波长8.4 mm(频率35.75 GHz)、功率10 mW/cm2的毫米波辐射5 d,3组每天分别照射15、30、60 min,D组不照射。通过考马斯亮蓝比色法、放射免疫法分别检测各组细胞胶原蛋白及透明质酸含量。结果随毫米波辐照时间及辐照天数的增加,成纤维细胞胶原蛋白及透明质酸含量均增高(P<0.05)。结论低强度毫米波照射可以促进成纤维细胞的胶原蛋白及透明质酸的合成。在毫米波辐照治疗心血管疾病时,每次辐照时间及疗程较长有导致心肌纤维化的可能性。
Objective To study the biological effect of millimeter wave on collagen and hyaluronic acid synthesis in cardiac fibroblast. Methods Cultured rat cardiac fibroblasts were divided into 4 groups that is A, B, C and D group. Cells in A, B, C group were treated with millimeter-wave radiation for 5 days and each for 15, 30, 60 minutes per day. Coomassie brilliant blue colorimetric method and iodine-125 radioimmunoassay were used to test the collagen and hyaluronic acid synthesis. Result Collagen and hyalumnic acid of cardiac fibroblasts were significantly increased with the period and the day of millimeter-wave irradiation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Millimeter-wave radiation can promote the cardiac fibro- blasts synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid in rats. In addition, excessive exposure to millimeter wave radiation may increase the risk of myocardial fibrosis.
