摘要
用绿色催化剂磷钨酸镍催化合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛。研究了催化剂用量、醛醇物质的量比、反应时间、带水剂用量、催化剂重复使用性能等因素对产率的影响。实验结果表明反应的最佳条件为:在苯甲醛0.2mol、7 n醛):n(乙二醇)=1.0:1.5、m(NiPW)=0.8g、反应温度86-90℃、反应时间为2.0h、V(环己烷)=24ml.的条件下,产率可达到81.6%。
Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized in the presence of nickel phosphotungstate. The various factors influencing the synthesis were investigated and the optimum conditions were found as follows:based on benzylaldehyde 0.2 mol,n(benzylaldehyde) : n(ethylene glycol)= 1 : 1.5,re(nickel phosphot ungstate) = 0. 8 g,V(cyclohexane) = 24 mL, reaction time 2. 0 h, at 86 - 90 ℃, the yield of acetal could reach 81.6%.
