曹葆华与中国“现代派”诗歌

Cao Baohua and Chinese modernistic poetry

曹葆华在中国新诗——尤其是现代主义诗歌发展——进程中的贡献一直没有得到足够的重视。文章从三个方面总结其成就:其一,他的诗歌创作取得突出成绩,独创了一种意象奇谲、拥抱现实的苦吟风格。其二,他系统大量地译介西方现代诗潮理论,不仅带动了现代主义诗潮的成长、同时推进了中国诗歌批评的现代化进程。其三,他以个人的凝聚力和影响力作用于北平"现代派"诗人群,带动一批年轻诗人走上了现代主义诗歌创作的道路。

Cao Baohua was an important peot in the history of Chinese modernistic poetry, but was not much accoun- ted yet. A study on the three aspects of his achievement was made. The first is about his special poetic style with shocking images and strong realistic care. The second is his translation of modernistic poetics which impulsed the development of Chinese poetry. The third is his force in the group which was called the ＂avant - garde poets ＂ in Peking in 1930＇s.
