对中国农村药品“两网”建设问题的思考——以陕西省为例

为了推动农村药品"两网"建设的有序发展,对中国农村药品"两网"建设的现状进行了阐述,对农村"两网"建设中存在的问题进行了分析,提出从加强部门间的协调与合作、重新划分监管职能、完善药品监管法律法规、引入市场机制,促进药品供应网络健康运行等方面规范运行。

In order to promote rural medicine ＂ two network＂ orderly development, method of rural medicine ＂ two network＂ status was set forth, the rural ＂two network＂ problems were analyzed, suggesting strengthening inter -sec- toral coordination and cooperation, re - division of regulatory functions, improving the drug control laws and regula- tions, the introduction of market mechanism to promote the healthy operation of drug supply network and other as- pects of health, standardized operation.
