农民政治参与是发展农村基层民主政治的重要内容。目前,我国农村基层民主政治制度的基本框架已经搭建并呈良好发展态势,农民政治参与意识不断增强,参与水平不断提高,但离政治民主化的要求尚有一定的距离,究其原因主要受经济、制度、文化、组织等现实因素的制约。为此,扩大农民政治参与,需进一步繁荣农村经济,健全农民政治参与机制,提升农民政治参与素质,营造良好的政治文化氛围,加强组织建设。

Peasants＇ politics-participating is one of the important contents of rural grass-root democratic political development, of which the basic framework is formed and develops well in China. In the framework the participation consciousness is constantly strengthened and the par- ticipation level is constantly raised, but, because of the restrictions in economy, system, culture, organization, etc. , certain distance exists from the requirement of democratic politics, and there- fore, to enlarge the participation, it calls for further flourishing rural economy, improving the participation mechanism, enhancing the participation quality, constructing good political cultural environment and strengthening organization construction.
