海桐皮汤局部薰蒸在腰椎间盘突出症术后康复中的临床疗效研究

Clinical study on the curative effect of partially steaming washing with erythrina variegata decoctions in the postoperative recovery of lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨中药海桐皮汤局部薰蒸在腰椎间盘突出症术后康复中的临床疗效。方法:将76例腰椎间盘髓核摘除术后病人随机分为2组,Ⅰ组(37例)行海桐皮汤局部薰蒸治疗,并行腰背肌功能锻炼,Ⅱ组(39例)行单纯腰背肌功能锻炼,对两组疗效进行评定。结果:Ⅰ组疗效优于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.9004,P=0.0151)。结论:中药海桐皮汤局部薰蒸对于腰椎间盘突出症术后患者有良好的康复效果。

Objective ： To study the clinical effect of partially steaming washing with erythrina variegata decoctions in the postoperative recovery of lumbar disc herniation. Methods ：76 patients with lumbar disc herniation suffered from resection of nucleus pulposus were randomly divided into 2 groups. 37 cases in group I were administrated with partially steaming washing with erythrina variegata decoctions, and accompanied with lumbodorsal muscles function exercise, while the others in group Ⅱ were admiaistrated with lumbodorsal muscles function exercise only. The curative effects of the 2 groups were evaluated. Results：Curative effect of group Ⅰ was better than that of Group Ⅱ. There was statistical difference between the 2 groups （ χ^2 = 5. 900 4, P = 0. 015 1 ）. Conclusion ： The method of partially steaming washing with erythrina variegata decoctions performs well on the patients experienced of postoperative recovery of lumbar disc herniation.
