科技信息资源共享建设中提高信息质量管理的对策与思考

Think about the Information Quality Management in Science and Technology Information Resource Sharing of China

信息质量(IQ)是信息共享发展的前提,从信息共享的本质特征看,科技信息资源共享必须解决信息质量最优化、共享程度最高效等实质问题,才能实现共享信息的价值。随着我国各类科技信息共享工程的逐步推进,共享信息的信息质量问题也日渐凸现,已成为影响我国科技信息共享工作的一个突出制约因素。本文基于对科技信息资源共享环境下存在的信息质量问题的认识,就进一步提高其信息质量提出了一些对策建议。

Information quality （IQ） is the prerequisite for the development of information sharing. From the essential characteristics of information sharing, science and technology information resource sharing must solve the optimization of the quality of information and the highest efficiency of sharing level, in order to achieve the value of sharing information. As China＇s various types of science and technology information sharing projects were promoted gradually, information quality issues of infor- mation sharing are increasingly apparent, which has be- come the key impact factor of China＇s science and technology information resource sharing in a prominent, and should be resolved instantly. This paper, based on the existing problems under the science and technology information resource-sharing environment, put forward view points about how to further strengthening information quality management of science and technology information resource sharing.
