摘要
用立法规制学术不端行为是防范和惩罚学术不端行为的基础。本文研究了美国国家科学基金会(NSF)处理学术不端行为的法律程序,主要包括举报和受理、调查、处理、救济等程序,并据此提出了对我国的立法借鉴。
The basis of preventing and punishing research misconducts is to regulate it with legislation. This paper studies the legal procedures which United States Nation- al Science Foundation （NSF） deals with research misconducts, mainly including inform and acceptance, in- vestigation, handling, remedy and other procedures. Simultaneously, the authors accordingly put forward the legislative reference to our country.
