摘要
运用基于VAR模型的动态经济计量分析方法，对1978--2007年中国科技投入与经济增长的关系进行实证分析．研究结果表明，财政科技投入与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系；并且两者存在双向因果关系，科技投入对经济增长具有较强的拉动，经济增长的同时也促进了科技投入的增加．
In this paper, there is an empirical analysis on the relationship between economic growth and sci-tech input from 1978 to 2007 in China with a dynamic econometric analysis method based on VAR model. The research result shows that there is a stable long-term equilibrium relationship between the financial input to sci-teeh and economic growth; and there exists two-way causality. The sci-tech input has a strong pulling function to the economic growth, meanwhile, the economic growth improves the increase of science and technology input.
