摘要
分析了国内现有建窖方法及其优缺点;结合传统建窖方法优点,创新建窖方法,综合考虑窖池形状、大小、建窖材料、窖池环境等方面因素,并将新建窖池广泛应用于生产。结果表明,与传统建窖方法所建窖使用对比,新方法建窖效果明显;新方法所建窖池有利于窖泥老熟,且经久耐用,具有推广价值。
The domestical existing pit construction methods were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and compared. In this paper, the author put forward a new pit construction method. In the new method, the factors including pit shape, pit size, construction materials, pit environment etc. were all taken into consideration. The newly-constructed pit was put into practice and the results suggested it had better effects than pit constructed by traditional method. Pit constructed by new method was helpful for pit mud aging and it was more endurable. Accordingly, such method was of promotion values. (Tran. by YUlE Yang)
