摘要
新产品开发作为企业经营过程中的重要环节,是企业获取竞争优势的重要源泉。从理论上分析了技术能力对新产品开发绩效的影响,以及技术管理的对技术能力与新产品开发绩效关系的调节作用。利用对151家企业调查的数据进行实证分析,研究结果发现,技术能力各要素均对新产品开发绩效有显著的正向影响作用,其中人员能力影响最大,其次是组织能力,再次是信息能力,设备能力影响较小。研究结果同时发现技术管理对人员能力、设备能力、信息能力、组织能力与新产品开发绩效的关系均具有正向调节作用。
As an important part of the enterprise business processes, new product development is a significant resource to obtain competitive advantage. This paper, firstly, analyzes the impact of technological capability on new product development performance, as well as the moderating role of technology management capability in the relationship between technological capability and new product development performance. And then, an empirical study is made based on the survey of 151 enterprises. The results show that technological capability has a significantly positive impact on new product development performance; and human resource capability has the greatest impact and organization capability and information capability has less impact, and equipment capability has the least. At the same time, the results also indicate that technology management capability has positive moderating impacts on the relationships between human resource capability, equipment capability, organization capability and information capability and new product development performance.
