去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与戊酸雌二醇片用于青春期功能失调性出血的疗效分析

目的比较去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)与戊酸雌二醇片(补佳乐)治疗青春期功能失调性出血急性止血效果。方法对70例青春期功能失调性出血患者分别采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与戊酸雌二醇片治疗,去氧孕烯炔雌醇片组38例和戊酸雌二醇片组32例,观察2组止血时间及效果。结果去氧孕烯炔雌醇片组患者住院天数、阴道流血明显减少时间和完全止血时间短于戊酸雌二醇片组(P<0.01);去氧孕烯炔雌醇片组患者住院期间平均出血量及不良反应发生率少于戊酸雌二醇片组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片用于青春期功血止血效果优于戊酸雌二醇片。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Marvelon or Progynova in treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Seventy patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided randomly into two groups and treated by Marvelon （n=38） or Progynova （n=32） respectively. The time and effect when bleeding was stopped were observed. Results The days of hospital stay, the time of vaginal bleeding reduction and hemostatic time in patients treated with Marvelon were significantly shorter than that in patients treated with Progynova （P〈0.01）; The mean mount of bleeding and side-effect in Marvelon group were evidently less than that in Progynova group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment for puberty dysfuctional uterine bleeding by Marvelon is simple, safe and more effective than that by Progynova.
