国际经济史学研究的新趋向--从第十五届世界经济史大会谈起

世界经济史大会是由国际经济史学会主办,每3-4年召开一届的经济史学界盛会。大会的议题往往代表着国际经济史学研究的最新动向和发展趋势。纵观第十五届世界经济史大会的讨论内容,学者们围绕着"贫穷和不平等"两个主要议题,从不同的视角、运用多元化的研究手段探索了全球化、东西方的发展路径问题。关于全球经济史的研究大致可以分为四个层次:第一,从长时段看全球化中的贫穷和不平等;第二,全球化视野中的市场和地区;第三,战争、政治经济、制度与经济增长差异;第四,围绕造成经济增长差异的可能要素展开的研究。其中,关于中国经济发展水平的描述是一个重要却又薄弱的部分,特别是从经济发展的量和结构两个面刻画中国经济水平还有很大进步空间。

The themes and topics on the World Economic History Congress reflect the latest development and trends in the study of economic history. Poverty and inequality are the central themes of the XV Congress. Centering on the two themes, researchers have discussed the issue of globalization and the development path for the East and the West from diverse perspectives and with divergent methodologies. Researches on the global economic history are very prominent and can be divided into four categories ： first, the long - run poverty and inequality in the process of globalization; second, markets and regions studied from the perspective of globalization; third, the interaction be- tween wars, political economy, institution and economic growth ; finally, the possible factors of the divergent eco- nomic performance in different nations. The study of China＇s economic development process features great importance and paucity as well. There is much room for improvement in the quantitative and structural Study of Chinese economic development.
