摘要
目的分析门急诊患者退药原因,探讨减少患者退药的有效措施。方法对医院门诊药房2008年1月至3月的958例退药记录,按退药原因、药品种类及退药剂型进行统计分析。结果引起患者退药的主要因素有药物不良反应、病情改变、患者依从性差和医院服务缺陷等。结论应建立严格的退药制度,规范医师用药行为,加强医患沟通,提高患者用药依从性,从而减少退药的发生。
Objective To analyze the outpatient and emergency drug repercussion in our hospital so as to explore an effective mode and way for the reduction of drug repercussion. Methods The data of 958 cases of drug repercussion from January to March of 2008 were analyzed statistically according to the reasons of drug repercussion, the varieties of drug and the dosage forms. Results The main reasons of drug repercussion included 6 aspects such as adverse drug reaction(ADR), disease change, poor drug compliance of patients and poor hospital services. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of drug repercussion, strict system of drug repercussion should be established for standardizing doctor's drug utilization behavior, and communication between doctor and patient should be strengthened to improve the drug compliance of patients.
