摘要
以月光李为试材,在采收前30天,采用3种不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2对其进行喷施处理。试验结果表明,采前Ca(NO3)2处理能够抑制月光李果实PG、POD活性,降低MDA含量,其中以Ca(NO3)2浓度为1.5%处理效果最好,果实腐烂率比对照降低23.49%,褐变率降低30.26%。
Using the moonlight plum as the test material, sprinkle the Ca (NO3)2 with 3 different concentrations 30 days before harvest. The results showed that, the quality of plum fruit is better after treatment. Ca^2+ can inhibit the PG and POD activity, reduce MDA content. It has the best effect when concentration of 1.5%. The fruit decay rate is 23.49% lower than comparison after Ca^2+treatment, and the browning rate is 30.26% lower.
