黄斑色素与年龄相关性黄斑变性关系的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)已经成为老年人致盲的最主要疾病。至今,该疾病既没有可以治愈也没有可以预防的有效方法。AMD的发病机制并不明确,大量证据显示AMD的病理生理改变与叶黄素(lutin,L)和玉米黄质(zeaxanthin,Z)的水平相一致。
