辛伐他汀对血小板氧化低密度脂蛋白内皮受体-1及CD40L表达影响的体外研究 被引量：2

摘要 血小板直接参与急性冠状动脉（冠脉）综合征患者心血管事件的发生和发展。临床上使用的抗血小板药物通过不同的途径协同作用，起到防治血栓、抑制炎症、稳定斑块的作用。近来发现他汀类药物具有许多调脂作用外的多效性作用，可使心血管事件危险减少，其对血小板的作用也受到越来越多的关注。
